Dearmember of Hockley G C As you probably know, the city of Winchester andsome of its surrounding area was impacted by a power cut late on Saturdayafternoon. Unfortunately, Hockley Golf Club was affected.The outage occurredwhilst an update to the host software was being implemented AND, ASA DIRECT RESULT, OUR I.T SYSTEM IS EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS. Our Administration office and Pro Team are unable to send/receive any emails, or take payments by Credit/Debit cards andthe tills behind the bar are unable to record any transactions,but they are being recorded manually. Our IT company (Microswift)is working hard to rectify the problem and I would like to thank themembers for their patience and the staff for their willingness to ensure thatservices are as near normal as possible.
