Megan will be doing the Rainbow run on Sunday, 27 September in aid of Naomi House and Jacksplace in Winchester. Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices provide expert care to more than 280 life-limited and life-threatened children, young people and their extended families from Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, West Sussex, Surrey and the Isle of Wight. This standard of care costs money; £7 million per year to be precise. With only 10% of income coming from Government and statutory sources, Naomi House & Jacksplace's are reliant on the support of people like you.

NEW IN
ProQuip Tour Flex Waterproofs
- The new TourFlex Elite 360 jacket features a slim-fitting stretch fabric that guarantees the highest levels of playability and freedom of movement.
- The TourFlex Elite 360 waterproofs feature an anti-crease polyester outer fabric, treated with PU (polyurethane) laminate and woven with elastane to make the fabric stretch.
- These waterproofs minimise interference during the swing by stretching in sync with the body's movement.
- The dense lightweight weave of the fabric is highly breathable; it draws moisture and air away from base or mid layer garments for enhanced comfort effectively performing like a second skin.
- The suit is rustle-free to ensure players experience no noise distraction during the swing.
- The polyester outer fabric makes the suit ultra-lightweight and perfect for packing into a golf bag. When the suit is taken out, the creases quickly drop out, leaving you looking great on the golf course.
- They come with a 3 year waterproof guarantee and I like the idea of 'Slim fit', does that mean I will look slimmer?

After a week relaxing on holiday with the family, Beth was eager to get back to golf.
Her post on Twitter read:
"Feels good to be back to my favourite place after a week off @hockleygolfclub"
Beth had a lesson with me on Saturday and I just got her back to basics, after just a few little tweaks she was back to hitting the ball fantastic!
Those of you that watch world class golf on the TV, if you can show me a better impact position than Beth's I'd love to see it. I'm sure with her family's, our club and friends support Beth can go as far as she wants to, I really believe that. If you don't believe me ask our junior captain, as she beat George comfortably to make it into the final of the junior knockout.
Lesson Offer
If you have never had a lesson before, then for 3 days only from this Saturday, 5 to Monday, 7 September, I am offering you a 30 minute assessment lesson for only £20. Come and see me and together we can put something in place for you to work on through the winter. Let's see if we can get you as good as Beth?

Want More Distance?
The glutes are such an important muscle in the body for a golfer as they are the power source in the swing, so as a coach I need them firing at all times. This week I bring you an exercise you can try at home that will teach you to initiate the glutes. If this isn't right then compensations will be made throughout the body, such as lifting the head at impact and poor posture.
